Greatness can’t come from begging – Yul Edochie warns

Controversial Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has cautioned Nigerians against relying on begging, emphasizing that greatness cannot be achieved through constant dependency.

In a motivational post on his social media page, the actor encouraged individuals to face challenges head-on, urging them to harness their skills and work hard to achieve success.

“Sometimes tell yourself, ‘I will not beg.’ No matter how difficult things are, if you form the habit of begging all the time, you will never reach your full potential,” he wrote.

Yul noted the importance of overcoming tough times, which he described as opportunities to discover and develop one’s abilities.

“God sends tough times to challenge you to dig deep within you. Find the legit skills He has blessed you with, develop and monetize them. Unfortunately, some people will rather beg than hustle. You can never become great by begging,” he added.
