Davido under fire for hyping UK show while snubbing Nigerian fans

Grammy-nominated Nigerian singer Davido has expressed excitement over his recent performance at Chris Brown’s Breezy Bowl event held in the United Kingdom.

Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) account, the Afrobeats star described the experience as “epic” and shared his joy at performing alongside American R&B star Chris Brown, whom he referred to as his “brother.”

“BREEZY BOWL 2025 was epic! Always a pleasure sharing the stage with my brother!!! @chrisbrown!! Next up THE 5IVE ALIVE tour!! See y’all soon!” Davido wrote.
