Why I went for a facelift — BBNaija star Ilebaye

Reality TV star and Big Brother Naija All Stars winner, Ilebaye Precious Odiniya, has stirred reactions online after undergoing a facelift procedure.

A viral video circulating on social media shows the reality star at a medical facility undergoing the cosmetic treatment, which she said was aimed at giving her a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

In the clip, Ilebaye explained that her goal was to achieve a lifted and rejuvenated look while still maintaining her natural features.

“I want to look younger, lifted, and rejuvenated. But I still want to look like me, though. I still want to look like a Gen Z baddie,” she said.

The reality star added that she wanted a subtle enhancement rather than an exaggerated transformation.

“True elegance is always subtle, balanced, rejuvenated—never giving fake, botched or exaggerated,” she stated.

Ilebaye rose to prominence after winning the BBNaija All Stars edition in 2023, where she secured the grand prize of ₦120 million after receiving 30.08 percent of the final votes.

Known as the “Gen Z Baddie,” she was the youngest contestant in the season and had earlier appeared in the BBNaija Season 7 ‘Level Up’ edition, where she was evicted in the third week of the competition.

However, she returned during the All Stars season as the 13th housemate and eventually emerged the winner during the show’s finale on October 1, 2023.
