Israel Michael Emeka appointed as Chief of Staff to APC Vice-Chairman Arodiogbu

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Hon. Israel Michael Emeka as Chief of Staff to its National Vice Chairman, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, in a move aimed at strengthening governance and improving institutional effectiveness within the party.
