According to reports, the disagreement between the two players started as a normal verbal argument. However, the situation quickly escalated and turned into a physical altercation. Club sources say Arokodare was identified as the main player involved in the confrontation.

After the altercation, Arokodare was not selected to play in Wolves’ next Premier League match, where the team lost 3–0 to Leeds United. His absence from the squad has been linked to the disciplinary issue.
