Rapper Kodak Black is back behind bars in Florida after surrendering to authorities on charges of fleeing and eluding law enforcement, as well as resisting an officer without violence.

According to Broward County jail records obtained by TMZ, Kodak was booked on Thursday. Both charges are currently pending trial, with bond set at $0.

Thursday’s arrest comes just a week after Kodak was arrested on alleged drug trafficking charges.

Police reportedly linked the rapper to more than 25 grams of MDMA after responding to reports of gunfire and finding two idling vehicles with Kodak nearby.

He later posted $75,000 bail and was ordered to stay away from drugs, certain associates, and firearms while the case continues.

Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, told TMZ that the surrender was routine, calling the investigation “unfounded” and describing the legal process as typical for cases that allegedly take five to six months to investigate. “At this point I think everyone agrees that Kodak is consistently being targeted,” he added.

Cohen previously dismissed the drug case as “a total joke,” saying police had no probable cause to arrest Kodak.
