British pop singer Lauren Bennett dies at 37

British singer Lauren Bennett, popularly known for her her vocals on the hit song Party Rock Anthem, has passed on. The news of her death was announced by her former girl group, G.R.L., with an emotional statement via their Instagram page.

While G.R.L. did not disclose a cause of death, the group shared their devastation, stating they are completely heartbroken.

“It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Lauren. Our hearts are broken, and we cannot begin to express how much she meant to us,” the group wrote.

Bennett’s representative are also yet to issue a statement addressing her death as at the time of this report. The singer was 37-years-old.
