Wolves’ Progress Excites Ezema

Warri Wolves utility player, Victor Ezema, is pleased that the club have progressed to the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Ezema, who joined Wolves from Kaduna United, is one of the players with experience in the competition.

The former Ebonyi Angels and Anambra United player made his Nigeria Premier League debut for Wolves at 3SC.

“I was left out of the team’s rooster for the competition due to Kaduna United’s initial refusal to allow me join Wolves. The team’s qualification for the next stage means I have the opportunity to play in the competition,” he told SuperSport.com.

Ezema expressed confidence that his presence would boost the squad’s campaign in Africa’s second tier football competition.

“Kaduna United’s participation in the group stage opened my eyes to a lot. I’m ready to bring that to the benefit of Wolves in Africa,” Ezema stated.

Ezema can play as a right back and as a defensive midfielder.
