Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa took to social media to share a lovely photo that depicts a very strong affection between a father and daughter.

Like a saying “A daughter may outgrow your lap but she’ll never outgrow your heart,” Governor Okowa was beaming with a smile as he celebrated his daughter who became a year older today.

The proud father of Mildred Okowa-Igumbor seized the moment to tell the world he is always proud of his beautiful daughter.

Okowa wrote on his verified Twitter account: “Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter, Dr. Mildred Okowa-Igumbor. As you celebrate today my dear, know that Daddy is always proud of you!”
