Kidnappers Keep Ibu In The Dark

Speaking with P.M.NEWS on phone yesterday, Mr. Ibu said it was last Friday the abductors last spoke to him last when he told them he was making efforts to raise the money.
“I have been expecting their call ever since all to no avail.
Right now, to say now that I am confused is an understatement. This is unbeareable to me,†he lamented.
However, Mr. Ibu told P.M.NEWS this mronng: “they just called me but did not speak to me. They only allowed my wife to talk to me for a minute before they ended the call,†he added.
Mr. Ibu’s wife and son were kidnapped last week Tuesday in Enugu on their way to the market.
The victims were attacked while they were in their Honda car (end of Discussion) with registration number AQ 809 NNB.
Meanwhile, Nollywood actors who spoke with P.M.NEWS have condemned the kidnap of Mr. Ibu’s wife and child.
National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Segun Aina Arinze described the incident as an unfortunate one, urging the authorities to comb the nooks and crannies of the country for the kidnappers.
In his comment, veteran action Alex Usifo described the kidnap of the innocent citizens as a big shame to the nation.
“It is unfortunate that the kidnappers are kidnapping innocent citizens. For crying out this is a man that has been using his talent to make many homes happy. I think it is not a good idea for such a person to be going through this type of trauma,†Usifo said.
