Ronaldo heads to Man United not City: Transfer drama

Cristiano Ronaldo is heading  for Manchester United instead of Manchester City as the mega star’s transfer from Juventus to the Premier League assumed a dramatic turn.

According to reports Ronaldo is now set for a medical at Old Trafford and will sign a two year deal.

Events moved so quickly after the Red Devils jumped ahead of rivals Manchester City to land their former striker who left 12 years ago.

The hijack was made possible by Sir Ferguson, who called his football son to dump City and come home on the other side of Manchester.

City have also confirmed that their move to sign Ronaldo has collapsed, with the club no longer considering the Portuguese superstar.

Meanwhile Ronaldo has been pictured boarding a plane in Turin on Friday to Manchester.
