Rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, known as Odumodublvck, has stated his candid views about Nigeria, characterizing the country as challenging and unfavorable environment.

In an interview on London’s 90 podcasts, the artiste, known for his track “Declan Rice” who was recently signed on by international record label Def Jam UK, explained that he and his colleague, Teezee, have managed to gain recognition in the global music industry because they were able to escape what he metaphorically referred to as “the jungle.”

He further stated that when he speaks honestly about Nigeria, some people caution him against negative portraying the country negatively. However, Odumodublvck maintained that he believes Nigeria is indeed a difficult place.

“Nigeria is f*cked. I tell people, they say, ‘You know it’s your country; don’t speak about it like that.’ Nigeria is a bad place. The reason why me and Teezee are here is because we made it out of the jungle.”
