Hon. Aliu Kazeem, Chairman, Coker Aguda LCDA has called on youths in the area to discover themselves and make good use of the potential in them.
He made this assertion during an interactive session with the youths at the council  secretariat recently.
He stated that the youths are the future leaders of this nation and charged them to always be positive minded and not be pessimistic as this leads to fear and failure. He said Nigeria had always had a leadership problem and the onus is on them to be responsible, disciplined and law abiding so that they mature and grow up as great leaders.
He said he is a grassroots leader and will continue to put in place programmes that will make them self-reliant and self-sufficient.
”I am a grassroots person and the door of my office is always open to anyone who wants to see me. My priority is making our programmes people-oriented ones so that development and the dividends of democracy can get to everyone.
“We have also been able to do an appraisal of things and have provided solutions and touched the lives of the people in a positive way,” he added.
He also commended Governor Babatunde Fashola and described him as energetic, hard-working and great leader who has set a standard for the council chairmen to follow.
