The much awaited Chairman’s Cup seven A-aside football competition will hold on 17 March at Ile-Pako playground, Orile- Agege, Lagos.

Orile Agege council chairman, Mr Taofeek Adaranijo, is the sole sponsor of the competition which will last for three weeks.

The Chairman, Organising Committee of the tournament,Dele Gbajumo, said the tourney is being put together as part of the electoral promises made by the chairman who donated the cup for the tourney during his electioneering campaign. He said another reason for the tourney is to discover and bring new talents to the limelight.
