In Lagos, Ebhomielen said development work is progressing at Bloom Fountain Mini Estate, where internal road networks and site-planning initiatives are supporting ongoing construction activities.

Real estate entrepreneur Candace Ebhomielen is spearheading residential and commercial property development across Ogun and Edo states as BlueDutch accelerates infrastructure projects, site development, and physical plot allocations in key growth corridors.

Ebhomielen, who leads the company’s expansion efforts, said strategic infrastructure investment remains central to sustainable real estate development, particularly in emerging locations attracting increasing interest from homebuyers and investors.

According to her, BlueDutch is actively developing projects in both Ogun and Edo States, with new developments strengthening the company’s presence in Benin City while ongoing infrastructure works continue to transform communities within the Ilado axis of Ogun State.

“Growth in real estate follows access, infrastructure, and economic activity,” Ebhomielen said. “Our responsibility is to build in places where these factors support long-term use.”

She explained that ongoing development activities in Ilado are focused on improving accessibility and functionality within the area. As part of these efforts, BlueDutch is constructing roads and a culvert bridge to enhance movement and connectivity across project locations.

Ebhomielen noted that the infrastructure improvements are designed to ensure that developments remain practical and accessible as residential and commercial activities continue to increase.

The company is also carrying out rapid physical allocation of plots across its estates, enabling buyers to take possession of designated land while development progresses on-site.

According to Ebhomielen, this approach allows investors and homeowners to see tangible progress and directly experience the growth taking place within the projects.

Beyond residential developments, BlueDutch has expanded its focus to commercial real estate through the rollout of Ivy Trade City in Ogun State.

Ebhomielen said the project is designed to support business and commercial activities within the same corridor, creating an environment where residents can both live and work.

“Communities need both living spaces and areas for economic activity,” she said. “That balance is what allows developments to function over time.”

She added that the integration of residential and commercial infrastructure reflects BlueDutch’s broader strategy of creating sustainable communities rather than standalone housing projects.

In Lagos, Ebhomielen said development work is progressing at Bloom Fountain Mini Estate, where internal road networks and site-planning initiatives are supporting ongoing construction activities.

Similarly, she noted that Edo Vidia Homes & Park continues to take shape in Benin City, reinforcing BlueDutch’s growing footprint in Edo State through active project delivery.

According to Ebhomielen, a consistent feature across all BlueDutch developments is the simultaneous execution of infrastructure and allocation activities.

She explained that roads, access routes, and site planning are developed alongside plot allocations to ensure that each project is supported by the essential infrastructure required for daily living and business operations.

The developer said the company’s strategy reflects its commitment to responding to both housing demand and growing commercial activity across multiple markets.

“We focus on making sure our developments are practical and usable,” Ebhomielen said. “That is what determines how they perform over time.”

As development activities continue across Ogun and Edo States, Ebhomielen said BlueDutch remains focused on delivering projects backed by infrastructure, accessibility, and long-term functionality.

She maintained that the combination of residential development, commercial expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and physical allocation efforts demonstrates steady progress across multiple locations and positions BlueDutch as a key player in shaping emerging communities in southern Nigeria.
