FIFA adjusts 2014 World Cup Fixture Guide
FIFA has made some adjustments to the Final Draw of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™, according to a new posting on FIFA.com.
Seven matches, involving, Ivory Coast and Japan, England and Italy, Cameroon and Croatia, Spain and Chile were affected. FIFA adjusted their timing, to make for inclement weather. The venues were expected to be hot during the period. The match between Ivory Coast and Japan scheduled for 14 June in Recife by 19.00, has now been moved by three hours to 22.00. England versus Italy scheduled for same day in Manaus, has also been shifted by three house from 18.00 to 21.00.
The match between Cameroon and Croatia scheduled for 15.00 in Manus on 18 June will now take place 18.00 same day. Same goes for Chile v Spain in Rio de Janeiro. It has also been moved by three hours from 16.00 to 19.00. USA and Portugal will now clash at 18.00 on 22 June at Manaus, instead of 15.00.
Belgium will meet Russia in Rio at 19.00, instead of 13.00, while Korea Republic will tackle Algeria at 16.00, instead of 13.00 in Port Alegre.
